Vinyl is the fastest-growing fence category in Southern California — homeowners get the white picket look without painting, staining, or termite treatment, and HOA communities love the uniform appearance that never fades or chalks.
All profiles are extruded from 100% virgin rigid PVC compound per ASTM D1784 (cell class 12454-B), formulated with 10 parts per hundred resin (phr) titanium dioxide for UV resistance and acrylic impact modifiers — not calcium carbonate filler that makes cheap vinyl brittle. Wall thickness ranges from 0.135" (residential picket) to 0.150"+ (privacy/commercial). Posts are 4"×4" or 5"×5" routed square with aluminum or steel internal reinforcement inserts available for high-wind zones. All components meet ASTM F964, the standard specification for rigid poly(vinyl chloride) (PVC) exterior profile fencing.
Panels assemble with routed posts and interlocking rails — no visible fasteners on picket styles. Privacy panels use tongue-and-groove boards that expand and contract with temperature without gapping. Standard heights 36"–96"; panel widths 72" (6 ft) and 96" (8 ft). Full-privacy fence panel with decorative diamond lattice top band. 3/4"×5.5" T&G privacy boards (0.150" wall) on bottom 48"–60"; 12" lattice top (1/2"×1-1/2" slats, 1" diamonds); 2"×6" top and bottom U-channel rails; 5"×5" posts (0.150" wall) with flat caps. Standard heights 60", 72", 84"; panel width 96" (8 ft). The lattice top adds airflow and visual interest while maintaining full privacy below. Most popular backyard style in Southern California HOAs.
Scalloped (arched) picket fence panel with pickets graduated in length to create a gentle arch curve. 7/8"×3" pointed pickets (0.135" wall), two 2"×3.5" rails, 4"×4" posts with decorative caps. Standard height 42" at posts rising to 52" at center; panel width 96" (8 ft). The scalloped profile adds curb appeal and a softer look than straight picket — popular for cottage, Cape Cod, and farmhouse styles. Pairs with TFD-VP01 arched gate for a coordinated front entry.
Full-height diamond lattice panel for garden screens, AC unit enclosures, patio dividers, and climbing plant supports. 1/2"×1-1/2" vinyl slats (0.120" wall) in 1" diamond openings, framed in 1-1/2"×1-1/2" vinyl border; 4"×4" posts with flat or pyramid caps. Standard heights 36", 48"; panel width 96" (8 ft). Open lattice provides 60% airflow while screening unsightly views. Vinyl lattice will not rot, splinter, or need staining like wood lattice — ideal for jasmine, bougainvillea, and climbing roses.
